Hard Eligibility

Before any ranking occurs, we instantly exclude lenders that cannot facilitate your specific loan. We assess:

  • Minimum and maximum facility limits
  • Serviced-interest availability
  • Geographical restrictions, including Scotland

Priority Ranking

For lenders that pass hard eligibility, ranking begins with the five features you selected. Remaining ties are resolved consistently using:

  • Number of selected feature matches
  • Highest potential net loan
  • BLC lender tier
  • Lender name as a final tie-break

You retain the choice.

We present up to ten of your top-matched lenders. We don't hide the names or force you to use a specific broker to proceed.
